  • What is Made for Color's Photo Safety & Elegibility Notice?

We care deeply about the safety and dignity of every person featured in our artwork — especially children, so we can only illustrate photos that comply with international child-content standards.

Please avoid uploading photos where a child is:

    • Wearing underwear, or any sort of revealing clothing.
    • Posing or positioned in a way that could be perceived as overly exposed or sensitive.

If a submitted photo falls into these categories, our team will kindly contact you to request an alternative photo for the illustration.

This ensures your final artwork is both beautiful and appropriate for all audiences. 💛

 

  • What are your Shipping & Production timing?

Each Made for Color book is crafted, one at a time, just for you.

Our production process includes illustration customization for each photo provided, professional printing, laminating the cover, binding, quality checks, packing, and shipping.

Because of this detailed process, please allow up to 15 business days for production & shipping. Once your it's ready, you will receive a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

 

  • What materials can I use to color my book?
Made for Color is printed on 60 lb. Text paper Uncoated, carefully selected to balance lightness, vibrant printing, and a smooth coloring experience.

We recommend using colored pencils or crayons for best results. If you use markers, we recommend placing a blank sheet behind the page you're coloring to protect the next artwork.

Each page of your Made for Color is meant to be an open door to creativity — color, dream, and enjoy! 


 

  • Can I request changes after I've confirmed my order?

Once production has started, changes cannot be made. Please double-check your selections before completing your order.

 

  • Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the United States only. International shipping will be available soon — sign up for our newsletter to stay updated!



  • Do you use copyrighted characters in the illustrations?
No. Our products are not affiliated, endorsed, or approved by Disney, Pixar, The Simpsons, LEGO, or any other brand.

We create original artwork inspired by general artistic styles, not by protected characters or IP. All illustrations are uniquely created for each customer and use no copyrighted characters, logos, assets, or trademarked elements.

Any resemblance to well-known artistic styles is purely stylistic.


  • Does Made for Color print NSFW or sensitive content?
At Made for Color, we celebrate creativity and personal expression. However, we reserve the right to refuse any order containing material that is hateful, unlawful, threatening, violent, or defamatory.

Please remember: by submitting content to Made for Color, you confirm that you own the rights to the images and text provided, or that you have permission to use them. Made for Color is not liable for any copyright or legal issues resulting from the content submitted.
